The upcoming Chinese film "Dragon Blade," starring Jackie Chan, John Cusack and Adrien Brody, is set to hit conventional, 3D and IMAX 3D theaters in China on February 18, 2015. While a Us release date has yet to be set, we now have an official trailer. Watch it below. Plo: Set in China during the Han dynasty (206-220 Ad), "Dragon Blade" follows Huo An (Chan), an official framed and enslaved for a crime he didn.t commit. Soon thereafter, however, he meets Roman soldier Lucius (Cusack) and the pair begin to form an unlikely alliance. A new trailer for the historial epic Dragon Blade has arrived online, which you can check out below…
Directed by Daniel Lee (Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon), the film centres on a Roman general who teams up with a former military commander enslaved for a crime he didn’t commit as they attempt to protect a trade route from China to the West.
Dragon Blade sees Jackie Chan (Rush Hour), John Cusack (Maps to the Stars), Adrien Brody (The Grand Budapest Hotel) leading a cast that also includes Peng Lin (Fen Shou Da Ren), Si Won Choi (Athena: Goddess of War), Lorie Pester (Gates of the Sun) Vanness Wu (Gui Mi) and Sharni Vinson (You’re Next).
Dragon Blade is set for release in China on February 18th, with a U.S. and U.K. date yet to be revealed.

Jackie Chan leads an all-star cast including John Cusack and Adrien Brody in the first trailer for the upcoming action-thriller Dragon Blade. The film is set to open in China on February 19, 2015, to coincide with the Chinese New Year holiday, but a domestic distributor has not been set at this time, and it isn't known when the film may be released in North America. This historical thriller is set in the Chinese Western Desert in 48 Bce.
Huo An (Jackie Chan), the commander of the Protection Squad of the Western Regions, was framed by evil forces and becomes enslaved. On the other hand, a Roman general (John Cusack) escapes to China after rescuing the Prince. The heroic duo meet in the Western Desert and a thrilling story unfolds. Adrien Brody and Sharni Vinson also star, alongside Chinese actors such as Peng Lin, Si Won Choi and Benny Urquidez.
