Cheryl Burke is ready to leave the ballroom. Burke, who has been on Dancing With the Stars since its second season and was the first professional female to win, has announced that Season 19, which kicks off tonight, will be her last with the ABC reality hit. "As of now, this is probably going to be my last season," Burke revealed on Good Morning America on Monday. "I started when I'm 20. I'm 30. I want to try new things and just see what's out there." (We should point out that the keyword in her announcement was "probably," meaning she could change her mind!) We totally agree with Gma correspondent, and DWTS champion, Melissa Rycroft, who called Burke's announcement a »

Though Andi Dorfman found her happy ending, Bachelorette runner-up Nick Viall hoped she'd give him another chance. On Tuesday, the show's official Facebook page posted a copy of the letter Viall slipped to Dorfman, 27, through host Chris Harrison after she gave her final rose to former pro athlete Josh Murray, who in turn popped the question. The first time wasn't long ago: season 15, which featured all-stars from previous years. Looks like ABC’s Dancing with the Stars dodged a bullet: EW has learned there was serious talk about having Juan Pablo Galavis — aka the man many are calling the worst Bachelor ever — compete in the new season that kicks off Monday.
During Monday’s episode of After the Rose, Galavis seemed to indicate that he had something big planned since choosing Nikki Ferrell in the season 18 finale. He then spoke of a “drastic change” to his plans but wouldn’t elaborate.
One key insider told EW that DWTS wanted to include Galavis in this season’s cast, which includes Drew Carey, »

They haven't all lasted, as fans of the franchise certainly know, but "The Bachelor" still has yielded some enduring romances.
In a month that's seeing the ABC series start its 18th round on Mondays, centered on latest candidate-for-love Juan Pablo Galavis, the Chris Harrison-hosted show also is the source of several "Juan-uary" special editions ... including its latest on-air wedding as Sean Lowe ties the knot with Catherine Giudici on Sunday, Jan. 26. Before that, they'll be among the couples featured on ABC's "The Bachelor: Bachelor Love Stories" Sunday, Jan. 19.
Initial "Bachelorette" Trista Rehn married fireman Ryan Sutter in a ceremony that was televised in 2003, presumably setting the pace for many other duos matched up by both "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette." The stats verify it hasn't quite worked out that way, but "Bachelor Love Stories" focuses on those that have survived.
In fact, Trista and Ryan renewed their vows close »
The thing with The Bachelor is you consider watching every season, but you might decide against it based on the following criteria: 1) The bachelor isn’t hot/cool/tolerable enough — always a possibility; 2) you realize The Bachelorette is inherently a better series because a bunch of hapless men fighting for the affection of an aloof woman is way funnier than a bunch of hapless women fighting for the affection of an aloof man. God, remember Kasey from Ali Fedotowski‘s season? And his monotone mantra? “I want to guide and protect her heart. I want to guide and protect her heart.” Dear Kasey: Those are synonyms. 3) I dunno, maybe instead you want to catch up on Breaking Bad or Veep or something you’ll remember in a year. Whatever.
The point is, the threat of male hotness is always a reason to tune in for an episode or two of The Bachelor, »
