Pablo Guisa Koestinger

He is the founder and CEO of MORBIDO International Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, which in 2011 is in its fourth edition, and now has six venues around Mexico (Mexico City, Michoacan, Leon, Tijuana, Merida, Oaxaca) and one international venue in San Jose, Costa Rica. For 2012 plans to spread Morbido include one venue in the US and one in Europe.

Since 2010 he's developing the Tv show HORROCK & ROLL, which will premier in Latin America in 2012.

He was executive producer of the feature film "Masacre esta noche (2009),directed by Adrian and Ramiro Garcia Bogliano, executive producer for the short film "La Santa" (2007) by Rafael Palacios, associate producer for the short film "Saori" and the feature film "Aire" (2004) directed by Sergio Solares.

He is CEO and executive producer of SPIDERLAND, a production company dedicated to show business, as well as the organization of film and musical events. He was the general producer of the Royal Yak opening for Grupo CIE at the Hipodromo de las Americas (Americas Racetrack), and executive producer for recordings of live shows at Salon 21, the Metropolitan Theater and the National Auditorium.

He has participated in television series and feature films shot in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Argentina, Italy, Spain, Germany, India, China, Nepal, Israel, Palestine, Jordan and Egypt.

In television, he has worked in both the documentary and entertainment genres for different institutions and television networks such as: Televisa, TV Azteca, Canal 40, Canal 22, Discovery Channel, MTV, RAI, Deutsche Welle, Vatican Television, Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia (National Institute of Anthropology and History, Mexico), Direccion de Salvamento Arqueologico (Department of Archeological Salvage, Mexico), Colciencias (Colombia) and Colcultura (Colombia).

In advertising, he has worked for firms such as Quittani, Garcia Bross, Cuatro y Medio, Filmmates and The Maestros.

In the music business, he has worked with artists such as Ray Charles, Tito Puente, Manhattan Transfer, Patti Austin, Paralamas, Fabulosos Cadillacs, Héroes del Silencio, Zoe, Juanes, Estefano, Kinky, Fobia, Kudai, Moderatto, Moenia, Belinda, Jesse y Joy, Timbiriche, Pesado, Antonio Aguilar, Mijares, Yuri, Sin Bandera, Kalimba, Natalia Lafourcade, Alex Syntek, LeBaron, Los Bunkers y Belanova, among others. He was also in charge of back line and PA at the First and Second Cancun Jazz festivals.

As for event organization, he was CEO of the Latin American Forum on Anthropology and Archeology in Mexico, as well as different anthropology forums in Columbia and Argentina.
