Graduated at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory of Music in Rome Stefano
Fonzi began his composing and performing career very young. He study
Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music in Boston. His music has been
soundtracks of the following TV program: "La vita in diretta", "La
storia siamo noi", "Timbuctu", "Gaia Files", "Un mondo a colori", "Otto
e mezzo", "Cominciamo Bene","Sulla via di Damasco" and UNICEF worldwide
commercial in 2007. He took part in numerous television programmes,
broadcast by the most important Italian channels (RAI and Mediaset)
playing with world-wide known artists such as: Quincy Jones, Carlos
Santana, Roger Waters, Josè Carreras, Yo Yo Ma, Lucio Dalla, Claudio
Baglioni, Dionne Warwick, Amii Stewart, Riccardo Cocciante, Ron, Tosca,
Alex Baroni, Massimo Di Cataldo, Jenny B., Milva, Paolo Vallesi, Tullio
De Piscopo, Jhonny Dorelli, Enzo Gragnaniello, James Senese, Cecilia
Gasdia, Mariella Devia, Luis Bacalov . He performed concerts in the
most prestigious stages in the world, such as Royal Albert Hall, Apollo
Theatre (London), Radio city hall (New York), Palais ONU (New York),
Palais de Congres (Paris), International Forum Center (Tokyo), Herode
Atticus Theatre (Acropolis-Athens), Henry Crown Symphony Hall
(Jerusalem), the Arena in Verona, Auditorium Paolo VI (Vatican City,
Rome), Mazda Palace (Milan), Nelson Mandela Forum (Florence). Since
2001 he has been collaborating, as well as touring, with the great film
score composer M° Ennio Morricone and he has also recorded the CDs
"Focus" (sung by Dulce Pontes), "Arena Concerto", "Voci dal Silenzio",
as well as many other soundtracks.
