Woh La '09: The Live Webcast

  • Fangoria
Last weekend, visitors to Fangoria.com, along with our friends and followers on Twitter and MySpace got a window into the world of our Los Angeles Weekend of Horrors. Through our first-ever Live webcast from a Fango event, those that couldn't be there with us in-person were given the rare opportunity to chat Live with some of our favorite horror celebrities, unannounced surprise guests, and up-and-coming independent filmmakers.

While the weekend may be over, clips from the Live event are being made available as a part of our "archive stream", so everyone can re-live the experience.

The guest list for the webcast was immense, with a completely casual, and unscheduled approach, tying into the "You never know who might show up!" tagline. Among those who popped in: Toby Wilkins (Splinter, The Grudge 3), Mick Garris (Masters Of Horror), Neil Marshall (Doomsday, The Descent), Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II-IV, Repo!

Underworld: Rise Of The Lycans (Soundtrack Review)

  • Fangoria
As I write this, the padding in this cell is making me itch. It’s some kind of canvas-like material, beige, and very scratchy. It’s hard to write on and my fingers are so desiccated from blood loss that I’m almost out of ‘ink. I don’t like the light, it’s too bright by far, and the paper pajamas I’m wearing are starting to fall apart. They’re wet, largely because I was awoken this morning by an orderly that looked a lot like Doctor Raven (I think it was really James Zahn) in drag, throwing a large bucket of luke-warm water at me while yelling ‘Winna, Winna, Chickee Dinna!’ Suffice to say, it hasn’t been a good morning. However, he also threw in an album to review, and an axe to grind. Why do they continue giving me axes? Aren’t I supposed to be getting better?
