Born June 4th, 1991, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Early on, Charlotte trained 9 years in competitive artistic gymnastics obtaining several honors. Alongside, she took ballet lessons, often performing solos on stage. Near the end of her competitive career, at the age of 13, she was offered professional schooling to become a dancer. While pursuing her extensive ballet training, she began auditioning as a young actress and quickly gained experience in various Quebec productions. Shortly thereafter, she chose to devote herself to acting and intensely attended multiple workshops for a period of 5 years.

Her lucky break came when she performed at 16 years old the lead role in the feature film "Derrière Moi" (2007), an independent production directed by Rafael Ouellet. The film was selected for several film festivals: Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), San Sebastiàn Film Festival, Festival du Nouveau Cinéma (FNC, Montreal), Rendez-Vous du Cinéma Québécois (RVCQ, Montreal) and Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Cinema (BAFICI).

Fluent in French as well as English (at ease with American, southern American, British and Irish accents), among several productions for film and television Charlotte Legault was recently seen in "Les Parent" (Season 5, 2012), "Jack of Diamonds" (2010), "Exploding Sun" (2012), "Subito Texto" (Season 2 and 3, 2014-2015), "Murdoch Mysteries" (Season 8, 2014-2015), "Ces Gars-Là" (Season 2)
