Laura Hunter products
Laura grew up in Front Royal, Virginia and graduated from Powhatan School (Boyce, VA) and Notre Dame Academy (Middleburg, VA).
Hunter moved to New York City to attend NYU's prestigious Tisch School of the Arts where she studied at the Atlantic Theatre Company School (founded by David Mamet and William H. Macy) as well as the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. While in New York, Hunter also studied with Peter Miner at T. Schreiber Studios.
Hunter has appeared in television, films, web series, and commercials in and has branched into print modeling projects as well. She has a specific interest in new media projects, and has also worked as a producer and writer through her company Dragon Hunter Productions.
Hunter maintains a blog with popular start-up, NonSociety. You can check up on her day-to-day life and thoughts on current happenings in the entertainment industry. She also writes about her acting career for Back Stage's actor blog, Unscripted. Laura has been published in The Washington Post, Back Stage, and Teen Magazine.
Hunter resides in Los Angeles, California where she continues to work as an actress and writer.
