Damien trained at the London Academy of Performing Arts for three years and since graduating has acted in numerous professional theatre productions. The highlights include a seven-month tour of Germany playing the role of Lord Henry Wotton in The Picture of Dorian Gray (by Oscar Wilde) and taking the role of Cain in Cain (by Lord Byron) in Sydney - the first time the poet's scandalous play was produced in Australia. On screen Damien has been a drug-addicted kidnapper dying of lung cancer in the neo-noir feature film Suite 101 (2015) (winner of the Best Narrative Feature Award at the International Monarch Film Festival in 2013) and taken leading roles in several short films and the comedy web series Divine White's Introduction to Hollywood (2011).

He has also written and produced several plays and short films.
