Erin Micklow was born in Gainesville, Florida on November 19, 1988. When her parents divorced at age 3, she moved to Tampa, Florida with her mother, Catherine O'Connor. Catherine remarried to Robert Frijouf when Erin was 14. She got into acting through a modeling scam and began taking acting classes. At age 14 she visited Los Angeles and made the decision to move when of legal age, so as not to tear her family apart. Two days after graduating high school at H.B. Plant in Tampa, she moved to Los Angeles at age 18. She was raised in a proud Irish upbringing and attended private Catholic school from first to sixth grade. Mid way through sixth grade she switched to public school because the rules were too strict at private school. She graduated high school with honors and scholarship offers.
