'The Departed' actor's 1,300-square-foot Hollywood Hills house went up in flames back in September 2011, and the damage was so bad he razed the plot with a bulldozer. The plot is listed at $595,000, TMZ reports. Before the fire Jack - estimated to be worth some $400 million - had been renting out the property which stood on it. The legendary actor and his wife Grace Hightower were left homeless by the fire at their home in Central West Park, but wanted to personally thank the team who extinguished it. The fire was caused by a lint build-up in their clothes dryer at the couple's luxury apartment. He and his wife, Grace Hightower, were forced to move out of their multi-million dollar home in Central Park West following accident June this year.

Duff and husband Mike Comrie are the proud parents of a healthy, 7-pound, 6-oz baby boy named Luca Cruz Comrie.
