The new alien invasion movie Battle: Los Angeles attacked the box office last week and earned $36 million in its debut. But with three new films entering the race this week including the new thriller Limitless, the alien comedy Paul, and the courtroom drama The Lincoln Lawyer, the aliens-attack-movie starring Aaron Eckhart was unable to retain its box office crown for a second week in a row.

Debuting at number one this week is the new thriller from The Illusionist director Neil Burger called Limitless. The film stars Bradley Cooper (The A-Team), as well as Abbie Cornish (Sucker Punch), Anna Friel (Land of the Lost), and two-time Oscar winner Robert De Niro (Goodfellas). The film made $6,894 on each of its 2,756 screens for an opening weekend total of $19 million, »

Last week we had the first trailer for the sequel to Diary of a Wimpy Kid which has the rather imaginary title, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Roderick Rules. Today I’ve found this poster on Impa for the movie which reunites all your favourites from the original movie.

The sequel is directed by David Bowers and stars Zachary Gordon, Steve Zahn, Peyton List, Devon Bostick, Owen Best, Robert Capron and Rachael Harris. Yahoo also give us the plot:

I got to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid on a plane quite recently and found myself thoroughly entertained for the 90 minutes or so that it ran and now we get to see the first glimpse of the sequel, ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules’ on Yahoo who have debuted the trailer.

The sequel is directed by David Bowers and stars Zachary Gordon, Steve Zahn, Peyton List, Devon Bostick, Owen Best, Robert Capron and Rachael Harris. Yahoo also give us the plot:
