I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. Christina Aguilera‘s team will absolutely win The Voice this season. We’ve heard “Hallelujah” on almost every signing competition — but Matthew Schuler‘s rendition has to be one of the best renditions ever.
When you hear a song over and over again, year after year, on every show, it gets old — fast. However, Matthew did something different than other artists have. Honestly, this was the most unique and impressive version, even bumping my favorite by Kate Voegele.

'Glad' All Over: Holiday albums usually don’t go to No. 1 in July. So season seven runner-up David Archuleta may have made chart history this week, as Glad Christmas Tidings, a Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra release that features the vocals of the American Idol alum, re-enters the Classical Catalog Albums chart in the top spot. The album also debuts at No. 25 on the Top Internet Albums chart and moves up 10-9 on the Christian Catalog Albums chart. Put away the Kibbles ‘n Bits, because the Dawg has officially left the building. Longtime judge/canine Randy Jackson announced last week he is leaving American Idol after 12 seasons of “Yo! Yo! Yo!” One can only pray the rest of the judges’ panel will shortly follow. The judging has been a major problem for this show ever since Simon Cowell packed up his scary collection of V-neck T-shirts three years ago.
