Michael Garth Kinsell is an educator, writer, song writer, puppeteer, student of an MA program in early childhood education. Kinsell's program is influenced by the pioneering work of Fred Rogers and his long-running PBS series, "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood." Like Rogers, Kinsell communicates warmly and directly with his young audience. Active in the media since a child, Kinsell has wanted to produce high-quality, educational, and inspirational television for children. Early on, Kinsell understood the importance of childhood and wanted the opportunity to host a television program that facilitated the intellectual, emotional, and social needs of children.
