There was a baby boom in Hollywood this year, and those babies' mothers had a lot to say. ETonline breaks down the greatest new mother quotes of 2014!
1. Eva Mendes on vomit and the struggles of being a baby:
"I've learned that it's way harder to be a baby. Everything is a struggle for her. For instance, I haven't thrown up since the '90s and she's thrown up twice since we started this interview. Motherhood is cake compared to what it's like to be a baby." – The Violet Files
Mendes welcomed baby Esmerelda with Ryan Gosling on Sept. 12.
2. Olivia Wilde on the selflessness of motherhood:
"The amazing thing about becoming a parent is that you will never again be your own first priority. The gift of motherhood is the selflessness that it introduces you to, and I think that's really freeing... I think it allows you to put yourself in other people's shoes...the empathy »
Love has never, ever come easy for Once Upon a Time‘s Snow White and Prince Charming, whose marriage will again be put to the test this Sunday (ABC, 8/7c) as the Snow Queen’s Spell of Shattered Sight brings out the very worst in everyone — the fairest of them all included.

Move over, Hollywood, the much chillier Vancouver, Canada, has become a hot shooting spot, thanks to its tax breaks and unique ability to stand in for everything from sleepy Maine towns to superhero metropolises (even if its outdoor locales prove tricky in keeping secrets from fans). I suited up for a whopping eight set visits in four days to find out what makes Vancouver and the actors who call it their (temporary) home so special. "Once Upon a Time's" Mary Margaret and David/Charming are going on their own date night this Sunday night on ABC.
Last week, the fairytale couple (for the first time) experienced what it was like to watch their daughter, Emma, go out on a date, while they sat at home worrying. Date night for the couple themselves though, may present a different set of worries, including being away from baby Neal for the first time.

The ratings for Once Upon a Time took another sizable dip last season but the show remained one of ABC's top shows. Will the numbers continue to fall or will they grow? Could the show be cancelled or is it a sure bet to be renewed for season five? Stay tuned.
Once Upon a Time follows the continuing adventures of fairytale characters who switch between their storybook world and Storybrooke, a small town in Maine. The ensemble cast includes Jennifer Morrison, Lana Parrilla, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas, Robert Carlyle, Colin O'Donoghue, Emile de Ravin, Jared S. Gilmore, and Michael Socha.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show's likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available -- typically around 11:30am »
Vancouver, BC. It seems like so long ago, but "Once Upon a Time" actually began with Jennifer Swan's Emma Swan on a date. Romantically it wasn't a successful liaison, but it established Emma's skip-tracer as a non-nonsense woman with no time for fairy tales. Eventually, she made time. Another Emma Swan date last season, with Chris Gorham's yet-to-monkey-out Walsh, was used to show audiences how memory-free Emma was adapting to single life in New York City. This Sunday (October 19), Emma is back on the prowl, but as you can see from the picture accompanying this story, fans are going to see a much different side of Emma's romantic life. After several seasons of flirting and wooing and resisting and that awkward thing where Emma lost her powers by performing mouth-to-mouth on him, plus a big kiss and then more flirting and wooing, Emmy and reformed pirating bad-boy Hook »

After his character Prince Charming lost — and regained — his memories again during Season Three of "Once Upon A Time," will the creators allow Josh Dallas's character a bit of happiness this year? Probably not. "Once Upon A Time" follows the denizens of Storybrooke — fairy tale creatures cast into our world through a continued convoluted mass of curses. Each character harbors two identities, their real one and the mundane one created of false memories when they were cursed. Over the years, villains have become antiheroes, heroes have become morally grey, and no one has been able to permanently return to their homeland known as the Enchanted Forest. The second episode of the new season is entitled "White Out" and deals with the repercussions of dropping an ice sorceress from a magical world into our technology smorgasbord with no warning. Elsa isn't evil, she's just scared out of her mind. Dallas »
