Australian Actor, Sascha Raeburn is a diverse performer standing out with a unique repertoire of impressive skills; she is a Black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is also trained in the Brazilian Acrobatic Martial Art form Capoeria.

Sascha started Acting whilst training in Physical Theatre at a young age. She took an interest in studying Mime & Commedia Dell Arte. She then moved on to studying more traditional acting techniques such as Stanislavski and The Method at QLD University of Technology which led to her earning a Sydney scholarship with PACT Youth Theatre. There she studied more methods for film and theatre, touring parts of Australia on stage and performing at the Sydney Opera House.

Sascha was then accepted into the prestigious Acting College NIDA. The Screen Actor course, which is led and facilitated by Australia's leading Voice, Movement & Acting tutors including Australia's best directors, other Australian actors who are attendees include Toni Collette, Cate Blanchett, Simon Baker, Hugo Weaving, Sam Worthington and many others. It's designed to teach the actor how to master the art of screen acting. Sascha successfully completed the first year and was invited back for the second year, successfully graduating in 2008.

By utilizing her exceptional skills to do accents and languages extremely well, Sascha stood out and became the top of her class.

She has worked on Australian, television, in feature films, short films as well as working as an International Model in Australia and Hong Kong.

Most recently Sascha was handpicked by TV/Film Director Rob Dupear to work on a Television program being filmed in Malaysia. This required filming her own stunts for an Action role.

Billed as a 'DIY Superhero' by Central Magazine - Sascha has a reputation to work hard and bring a kick ass attitude to her characters.

Trivia

Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

She studied drama at the National Institute of Dramatic Art completing her studies in 2008. Also studied acting at the Queensland University of Technology.

Likes break dancing as a hobby.

Is very good at the Brazilian Martial Art 'Capoeira', she is a Blue-Red belt in the art form and her nick name is 'Estrella' meaning Star.
