About Me
Melanie Spencer spent most of her childhood overseas - living the longest in South Africa, where she started her career in acting and modeling. Her film debut as "Tippy" in the independant thriller "Even Steven" won her an award of achievement for "Best Lead Actress" at the Delaware Valley Film Festival in 2006. Currently she is preparing for two up coming projects: one in an animated feature length film that is currently untitled; the other as a bartender in a feature length film (also currently untitled) that will be shot in the fall of 2009. Other projects include the feature length films "The Lantern" where she plays the female lead "Lacy;" and "Scarred" (currently in production) where she plays "Susan." She has also been in several other short films.
