Jesse Joyce started his comedy career in Pittsburgh in 1998. In 2001 he made the move to New York City and has earned a reputation as a rising star on the comedy scene. Jesse is known for his performances loved by crowds around the world, and for his writing style admired and respected by comedians at every level. Jesse has appeared on the inaugural season of Comedy Central's Live At Gotham, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno's Pass The Mic, has been a top 20 semi-finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing. He can regularly be seen on History Channel's I Love The 1880's and RedEye with Greg Gutfeld on FoxNews. In 2011 Joyce landed a starring role in the feature film Stags a dark comedy from producer Ben Barenholtz (Requiem For A Dream, Barton Fink and Raising Arizona).

As a writer, Joyce has worked on the last 9 Comedy Central Roasts - from Flavor Flav to James Franco as well as having written for @midnight on Comedy Central, two seasons of The Burn with Jeff Ross and Comedy Underground with Dave Attell also for Comedy Central, The BET Awards hosted by Chris Rock, The TBS Roast of Cheech and Chong, The 2013 Guys Choice Awards, he's a consulting producer and writer for The Jim Norton Show on Vice.com, he has won two American Advertising Awards, and most notably wrote the 85th Annual Academy Awards hosted by Seth MacFarlane.

As a touring stand up, he's performed in 15 countries on 4 continents from Saudi Arabia to Malaysia, done shows for the troops in Iraq, performed to sold out crowds in theaters and clubs across North America while staying a fixture on the New York comedy scene and one time did a show from the back of a pickup truck for 400 drunk prison guards in a field in Altoona Pennsylvania. He lives in New York City with his dog Petey.

Briefly worked in advertising right out of college. Won 2 American Advertising Awards "Addys" for writing and graphic design.
Began doing stand up at the age of 18 while attending Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
His uncle Mike Joyce was briefly a stand up comedian and a clown with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
Was the long time writing partner and opening act for comedian Greg Giraldo.
Studied art at Carnegie Mellon University and Duquesne University. His work has been displayed at The Pittsburgh International Airport, and he designed a plaque to Roberto Clemente that hangs in PNC Park. He also designed the logo for Ameriserv Financial Bank.
Wrote numbers 2 and 7 on Comedy Central's list of The Top 10 Best Roast Jokes of All Time. 7: "Ice-T is so old the first thing he bought with his record deal money was his freedom" 2: "Lisa Lampanelli is a lot like the OctoMom. She hasn't had 8 babies, but she has had 80 fingers inside her at the same time.".
