Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi are taking their show to the NBA.
The two WNBA stalwarts will host their first NBA game together on ESPN, bringing back a programming concept that has proven popular during the network’s coverage of the NCAA women’s final four tournament. “The Bird & Taurasi Show,” seen six times over the course of 2022 and 2023, has gained notice for the duo’s rapport and rogue energy. The program will be produced in conjunction with Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions, which is the backer of the so-called “Manning-cast” that airs alongside ESPN’s “Monday Night Football.”
The pair will call a noon game on Christmas between the Milwaukee Bucks and New York Knicks and can be seen on ESPN2 and ESPN+. Scheduled guests include Jason Sudeikis, Tyrese Haliburton and Breanna Stewart.

Even so, both clubs have given up 18 power-play goals this season. It's also a head-to-head battle of Hobey Baker Award hopefuls (forwards Paul Thompson of New Hampshire and Stephane Da Costa of Merrimack) and All-American caliber goalies (the Warriors' Joe Cannata and the Wildcats' Matt Digirolamo). If you can't find at least one thing about this series that Abercrombie Fitch intrigues you, we suggest you check yourself for a pulse. The Heat figure to be successful for some time, but it is not because of what happened the night of "The Decision." The real decision was Wade's return to Miami. Burke was an NBA analyst Friday night, working with Dave Pasch (not exactly a household name) during the Nuggets' overtime loss to the Trail Blazers. Burke was at her best Friday in a game that had national interest because of last week's blockbuster trade involving the Nuggets coogi.com and the Knicks.
