Next Wednesday Sept. 9, Audition Update and Backstage’s own Tom Lapke is partnering with Inherent Style’s Jessica Myhr to give you some no-holds-barred feedback on your image and marketing. Inspired by a lively discussion on New York actor forum Audition Update, this first-of-its-kind seminar is the place to be for one-on-one career coaching with two experienced professionals. Lapke, Backstage’s director of education and events and the founder of Audition Update, will draw on his years of experience working with agents and CDs and apply the “juicy, honest info” he’s culled to your presentation and marketing materials. Myhr, a prominent New York-based image consultant and an actor herself, will help students understand how their personal style affects the impression they make in the room.
