The product of a Palestinian father and Mormon mother Aron Kader found no other choices in life but to become a comedian. When Aron was nine years old his family moved from Orem Utah to the Washington D.C. area where he watched his father go from college professor, to the only Arab American in U.S. history to become a Government contractor in third world development. While Aron respects his father's pursuits he points out that he, not his father, pops up on the wikepedia list of prominent Arab Americans. At 19 he moved to Hollywood, California where he rose quickly through the ranks at "The Groundlings" theater where he spent eighteen months doing sketch and improv comedy in their Sunday Company. The experience gave him a nice collection of wigs. In 2000 he became a regular at "The Comedy Store" and can be seen weekly. Kader has been on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and is a founding member of "The Axis Of Evil Comedy Tour," which debuted nationwide this year on Comedy Central. He was a cast member on the NBC pilot called "Beverly Hills S.U.V." He played the pivotal role of "Hrach" in season two of the The Shield, and he has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Time & Newsweek magazine, and many other national publications. He has appeared numerous times on NPR's 'Talk of the Nation" with Neal Conan, "Fresh Air with Terry Gross," and "All things considered" with Robert Siegel. He recently finished shooting a pilot for Comedy Central called "The Watch List" created by Dean Obeidallah and Max Brooks.
