ElodieO is a musician, actress, director and writer.
Between Paris and New York, elodieO trained as a dancer, musician and actress (NYU, Theatre National de Chaillot, Bourse Lavoisier). After being a recurrent character in a sitcom as a young teen, acting in National and regional French theater productions and dancing and singing on Broadway, she has released four full-length albums plus an EP, has been on a handful of compilations and 12-inch, and has played major international music festivals and toured over 300 dates. ElodieO co-wrote, directed and edited the film "Amoureuse" in which she stars - which was selected at multiple film festivals - and co-wrote and co-directed Claire Mercier's feature film "A tout a l'heure" in which she also stars. elodieO's last two solo albums, were released to excellent reviews both in the U.S. and Canada. elodieO received a grant from the Austrian Music Fund for the musical production of "Good Guys Don't Turn Me On". elodieO's series "Good Guys Don't Turn Me On" is the culmination of her long-time vision: melding the worlds of drama, dance, and music with an absolute determination to, one day, create her own version of a contemporary musical. elodieO created and wrote two series that are in their final stages of development.
