- The Comedy Web "Gemelas Onassis" -Maritza is the Writer, Co-Director, Producer and Performer- was "discovered" on Instagram by Entertainment Network Live and invited to join their comedy platform.
- Maritza holds a MA in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
- She applied for a Master's Degree in Performance Studies at New York University (NYU) to analyze social behavior through theater. She was admitted but could not study due to a lack of financial resources. However she still considers theater as a powerful tool for analyzing social issues.
- Maritza is the performer, scriptwriter, producer and director of the play "El Desórden de las Cosas", an original investigation in performance format on the writings of the French philosopher Michael Foucault. It was presented in 2001 at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires and received praise from the academic circle of the Department of Political Science.
- Maritza's mother suffered from severe depression and so along with her siblings they improvised comic skits to amuse her.
- Since a little girl, Maritza began putting on theater shows in the neighborhood with her sister. Later as a teenager she never missed the opportunity to perform at events available at school.
- She likes Pius XII's vision of the art of making movies. Pius XII speaks of the art of cinema with its "almost magical power of summoning into the darkness of its halls" and wishes everyone to take seriously the technical skills and psychological depths of this visual art.
- She likes the definition of the art of making movies stated by the Catechism of the Catholic Church as a "form of practical wisdom, uniting knowledge and skill, to give form to the truth of reality in a language accessible to sight or hearing".
- Maritza's husband is a Mathematician. She likes that he has nothing to do with the Entertainment Industry because this "keeps her grounded".
- For the role of Inez that she interpreted for the short "The Magician's Wife", the dress she used is actually her real wedding dress. She was very happy to use it again after almost 24 years.
