Jason Benjamin is an award-winning American actor and stuntman. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged in 1991.

Jason was a police officer for seven years. Much of that time was spent working as an undercover narcotics officer and member of the SWAT team. In 1998 he transferred from the police department to the fire department.

He also had a promising career as a professional wrestler during the 1990's until he broke his leg while practicing for an upcoming match. He works steadily as an actor, stuntman, fight choreographer, producer and technical advisor for Police, Fire, EMS, and Military tactics.

I have always been the type that would try anything if it interested me. As a result, I have been a lot of places and done a lot of different things. If I were to make a list of all the things I've done in my life, you would think I was making it up.
(On how being a pro wrestler helped him as an actor) Actually, I have been acting since I was about 16 years old. That was one of the reasons that I did so well in the wrestling business. However, the skills I learned as a wrestler have helped me get many jobs choreographing fight scenes for movies and plays all across the U.S.
