Daniel Jefferson

Daniel (real name,David John Lee) was born in Barnstaple,North Devon,England.

In midlife,having had a topsy-turvy commercial career,Daniel was looking for a new purpose/direction and with no hesitation and no formal training,during 2005, he decided to enter the entertainment world full time.

In 2006,from his home base in North Devon,Daniel relocated to London,and established himself as a Professional actor. Taking a broad empirical approach,he applied himself to the many facets of acting to include voice overs and photographic modeling work,in addition he was recruited by the Susan Scott agency as a Mikhail Gorbachev lookalike.

After two years,working on a wide selection of projects in various locations in Europe,Daniel then relocated to Thailand where he is currently based with his wife and daughter.

Daniel draws on a broad colourful mix of life experiences,and combined with his natural comical timing and excellent improvisational skills,he indeed offers both humility and gravitas,in generous portions.

Daniel has made extensive use of the internet, in particular, youtube and here you can see his talents in various projects, some not listed on his Spotlight credits, for example,the short film 'Welbournes War',the music video,'Sweet and Vicious' by the band Luxxury and a mobile phone commercial by htc.

There are also two short projects written and Directed by Daniel,the Comical clip,Local Hero,"phew what a guy",and the Gangster clip, Sweet Revenge,no-one messes with Frank .

Since leaving the shores of the UK in April 2008, Daniel has been focused on character and website development.He has also naturally been networking through various social media websites and with this additional overseas experience has further enhanced both his people and performance skills by foremost embracing the Thai culture and indeed,in addition,socialising with a multitude of overseas travelers/expatriates and Thai locals.
