- Add a dash of Pantera, little bit of White Zombie, and good amount of gritty, grimy, dirty, southern rock and you have the original recipe of Graveyard BBQ! Graveyard BBQ is a local band that was formed in Waltham, Massaschusetts. They're personalities are quite unique compare to other local bands though. In the beginning of their career, they were dressed up as hillbillies and rednecks by wearing fake beards, crooked and/or missing teeth, and waving the confederate flag proudly (even though all four men are from Massachusetts). But nobody complained because everyone knows it's all and good fun. They also invented many certain things for the Rock 'n' Roll terminology. For starters, The music they created is called, "dirtcore" and their true friends and fans are in a group that goes by the name, "The BBQ Nation." They also have a mascot in their band that goes by the name of Big Bill aka The Godfather of the BBQ Nation. Also, some songs they perform have female back-up singers that call themselves BBQ Girlz. In 2005, Graveyard BBQ entered in a contest to be in the award-winning video game, Guitar Hero, and they win which leads them into more fame. When time went by, the boys got serious, louder, faster, and heavier like never before. Sooner or later, according to Brixx (former singer of Graveyard BBQ),"the BBQ will be a household name like Madonna and Metallica." We all hope for the best of them and their non-forgettable motto is "If you ain't with us, you're against us!"
