Following the death of Prince — the rock icon’s body was discovered at his Paisley Park compound in Minnesota early Thursday — the network has paused its regularly scheduled programming to air some of his most memorable performances and music videos. Rob Dyrdek and his wife, Bryiana, were seen out in La on Saturday, just weeks after announcing that they are expecting their first child together. The duo, who wed in September 2015, looked to be in good spirits as they made their way out of Starbucks, flashing cheerful smiles and holding hands. Earlier this month, Rob and Bryiana revealed the exciting baby news with a supercute photo and emoji-filled caption on Instagram. Along with the snap, the professional skateboarder wrote, "When you have a forever love so great the ultimate way to express it is by creating a child together. I am so happy to announce my beautiful wife is pregnant with our first child. We are so blessed, so happy and look forward to bringing an amazing young boy into this world." Currently in the midst of its first season, “Hollywood Medium” debuted on Jan. 24 and through its first five episodes, the show is averaging 1.6 million total viewers and 900,000 viewers among adults 18-49, based on Live +3 ratings. Following a successful debut, “Hollywood Medium” landed an additional two-episode order, resulting in a total of 10 episodes. The show currently airs Sunday nights at 10 p.m.

Viacom’s Cmt said it would double the amount of original programming it has on the air, launching a new summer concert tentpole event and try to strike a chord with new kinds of scripted series such as “Still the King,” a comedy starring Billy Ray Cyrus, and “Million Dollar Quartet,” a series about the world of 1950s Memphis, where the pioneers of rock ‘n’ roll came of age.

Nickelodeon unveiled four new live-action series at its upfront presentation in New York on Thursday, along with plans for its first original animated TV movie.
The Viacom cabler touted its plan to roll out more than 650 episodes of new and returning series this year. The performance of Nickelodeon and Viacom’s core cable channels have been under scrutiny amid the broader corporate turmoil at the parent company in recent months.
Two of Nickelodeon’s new series are tied to sports. “Jagger Eaton’s Mega Life” is a 20-episode documentary series that follows the 15-year-old skateboarder of the title as he skates around the world and meets his idols.
