Won Miss Kentucky USA 2006 at the 2005 pageant and became the first ever Miss USA winner from the state of Kentucky when she was crowned Miss USA 2006.

Almost lost her crown due to her excessive partying and wild behavior. However, pageant co-owner Donald Trump allowed her to keep her title and prizes won, if she was to check herself into rehab for alcohol and drug abuse.

Has been competing in pageants since age 4. Won title of Miss Young Russell County in Kentucky at the county fair when she was 13 and, by 2002, was second runner-up in Miss Teen USA.
