Bernadette Wilson is an Actor, Writer and Director born in Montclair, New Jersey, the seventh of nine children. Acting in plays and musicals ever since she was five years old, when she turned 18, she moved to New York and studied with Stella Adler. After working professionally on stage and television, where she was nominated for the Irene Ryan Acting Award from the Kennedy Center's American College Theatre Festival, she studied at The Institute for Advanced Theatre Studies at Harvard University where she worked with David Mamet, Anne Bogart, Tina Landau, Andrei Serban, Richard Foreman, David Wheeler and Bob Brustein. She decided to step behind the camera, producing, writing and directing various shorts. At present she is writing features.
