He is the son of Togi Gouw/ Wu Zhong Yi, a Chinese Indonesian(Ethnic Chinese living in Indonesia) who is a citizen of Holland.

His mother is Chinese actor Yin Szema. She has been in various movies and television programs in Hong Kong.

He is an Ethnic Chinese born in Hong Kong. He is now in 7th Grade and attends Middle School at Hong Kong International School.

He speaks Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and Dutch.

His surname, Wu, is pronounced Gouw in Hokkien(Taiwanese) dialect and Ng in Hakka dialect as well as Cantonese.

He has a little brother named Brian/Wu Jing Yao.

At the age of 9, he is the youngest actor ever to win a Golden Horse award at the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival.

He plays the piano.

He is a model for DKNY Childrens Clothing as well as for Disney Clothing.

His favorite actor is Aaron Kwok, who played his father in the movie "After This Our Exile.".
