Marlowe Weisman has written for virtually all animation genres - from
irreverent sci-fi to classic character slapstick; heartwarming
preschool tales to action-packed westerns to educational satire. He
earned an Emmy nomination for his work on Warner Bros.' "Baby Looney
Tunes" and was recently a lead writer developing "Mia and Me," a CGI /
live action fantasy adventure which became the #1 most-viewed property
at 2010's MIPCOM Jr. Other credits include co-writing the European
animated feature "Felix 2" for Caligari Film, three years on staff at
Disney TV Animation, "Ed, Edd & Eddy," "New Woody Woodpecker," "Captain
Simian & The Space Monkeys," and Hahn Film's "School For Little Vampires."
Other international clients include HIT Entertainment and Germany's ASL
Animationsstudios. His original short for Warner Bros.' "Animaniacs"
featured just one word - repeated over 100 times. Marlowe also directs local theatre ("Jewtopia," "Spamalot" and Woody Allen's "Play It Again Sam," among others) and his humor has been featured on FunnyOrDie.
