One year ago today, Kim Kardashian glided down the aisle living out her "Fairytale Wedding" dreams. After just 72 days of marriage, she and husband Kris Humphries called it quits and the Brooklyn Nets player alleged their marriage was a fraud. One year later, Kardashian and Humphries are embroiled in a bitter divorce battle and the 31-year-old reality star has scheduled Humphries' ex, Myla Sinanaj, for her deposition on the same day as the one-year wedding anniversary; and Sinanaj is not happy about it.
Sinanaj reportedly called Kardashian a "cruel bitch" for scheduling her deposition on the anniversary of Kris and Kim's wedding, TMZ reports. Sinanaj will allegedly testify that Humphries told her repeatedly about how Kardashian defrauded him in the marriage.
Sinanaj claims Humphries "hated the cameras and his life being on display," despite the fact that he made hundreds of thousands of dollars on the E! reality series. »

Kris Humphries' lawyers want to interview Kim Kardashian's current boyfriend, Kanye West, before setting a trial to end the estranged couple's 72-day marriage. Humphries' team reportedly tried a sneak attack with West's subpoena by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kardashian's house, reports TMZ.
Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, told the judge in a hearing Wednesday (Aug. 15) about the maneuver, noting that Humphries has also subpoenaed Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, as well as NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, which produces the Kardashian reality shows.
Kris Humphries' lawyer, Marshall Waller, says he wants to prove the marriage was a fraud engineered by Kardashian to benefit her reality show. He says he wants to be informed about the show before taking Kardashian's deposition.

Kris Humphries might want to rethink his choice of divorce attorney.
TMZ reports that the NBA player's lawyer, Marshall Waller, tried to engineer a sneak attack by trying to serve a subpoena on Kanye West by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim Kardashian's house.
This hilarious detail was revealed by Kim Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, during the couple's divorce proceedings Wednesday, which are still underway. The former couple's legal teams are in court today to either settle the case or prepare for trial, but Humphries is reportedly refusing to settle.
According to the website, Wasser complained that these proceedings have already cost Kardashian $250,000 in legal fees, but they still aren't clear exactly what Humphries wants out of all this, later adding that she intends to have the 27-year-old Brooklyn Nets forward pay every penny of Kim's legal fees.

Things are getting ugly (and really strange) in the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries divorce, which will either end or continue based on today's court hearing.
According to TMZ, Kim's lawyer Laura Wasser revealed that Kris' lawyer hid Kanye West's subpoena in a Nordstrom box and sent it to Kim's home. His lawyer has also sent court requests for Kris Jenner, NBC Universal and the producers of the Kardashian shows.
While Kim just wants the divorce to be over, Kris is out to prove he was duped into a fake marriage for the benefit of her reality TV show. He's adamant about getting an annulment. Meanwhile, the court costs are at $250,000 and counting.
