Lina was born in 1985. She landed her first role as an actress when she was cast as Kelly in the movie "London" with Jessica Biel, back in 2005. Since that time Lina made a guest appearance as Angie Watson on the CBS hit show "CSI: New York" and was cast for a new movie called "Kingshighway" which will be released in 2008. In between she was also cast for a new CBS prime time series called "Cane" where she takes the role as Katie Vega. Lina also works as a model but the only known work of her in this business is the AXE-Clix commercial with Nick Lachey.

Lina Esco is the founder and film director of Free The Nipple. She founded the Free The Nipple movement in 2012 when the feature film by the same name she directed in 2012 was nearly impossible to release. Free the Nipple is about men and women coming together for gender equality. The nipple was the Trojan horse to help start the real dialogue about gender equality. She finally sold her film to IFC for theatrical distribution in Dec. 2014. The film was also acquired by Netflix and was released in June of 2015 on Netflix.
Lina Esco produced and directed several PSA's for the Academy Award-winning Best Documentary of 2009, The Cove, entitled, "My Friend is..." to bring awareness to the annual slaughter of dolphins in Taiji, Japan. She also directed another PSA "Kids Speak Out Against Captivity" for Ric O'Barry from The Cove to end the captivity of dolphins in Aquariums around the globe.
