- On his father's advice, he saved 10% of his earnings and tithed 10% of his earnings, a practice he began in his teens. He watched his dad give his way out of hard times, and it stuck with him. Paul sees the principle of tithing as the foundation of his finances.
- Throughout Paul's life, he has had extensive musical training. He began playing the recorder and trombone in elementary school. In the ninth grade, he discovered the drums. He also enjoyed playing on his mom's organ. He sang in church one day at the request of the pastor's daughter. He instantly loved the guitar and was largely self-taught until going to New York where he learned guitar theory. Later, he learned how to transfer his guitar theory to playing the piano. He takes lessons and practices piano, guitar, and voice.
- Even before Paul's dad died of ALS, Paul took a big interest in understanding the disease and how toxicity affects the body. When Paul was studying a leadership course, he organized an art show to raise money for ALS, and they raised close to $100,000 for ALS research.

- Janette Oke grew up in the same town as Paul's grandmother, and they knew each other as teenagers. The first time Paul met Janette at the Hearties Family Reunion, he asked if she knew his grandmother, and she certainly did. So to Paul, the entire experience feels like serendipity.

- Paul gave up sugar because he watched a movie called Bloodsport and he wanted to be ripped. He says it was pure vanity, but it started his quest for health and nutrition. When he started modeling, he discovered the book Fit For Life, which was a life-changer. It's an old book, but according to Paul, the principles are phenomenal.
- Paul grew up surrounded by hard work, music, church, family, and support for his love of sports. His dad was in the oil business (a welder, a pipeline inspector), and his mom was a nurse, ambulance driver, and a school/Sunday school bus driver. She took care of their garden which was the size of a football field. They grew up in a farming environment since they had fourteen acres.
- Paul's most fun bloopers in his shows/movies is the prank that involved Martin Cummins because he believes it's great to show both sides.
- The most fun board game for Paul is Yahtzee because it's competitive and fast.
- Paul feels that his most challenging scripts were possible Sofia Coppola's Somewhere because he had to be naked. Also Bitten because he had his buns out for a bit.
- Paul's workout routines- include the following: Tabata (HIIT), rebounding. Wim-Hoff, 7-minute work out, yoga, Different aspects of egoscue method, and foundation training.
- Paul is committed to making as much time as possible to interact with his fans and create content for them. At the same time, to the best of his ability, he still makes it a point to be present in his own life.
- He became engaged to Kate Austin, in May 2019.
- Paul's dream is to star in a comedy that he creates, directs, and produces. While music and comedy would be the focus of the show, the stories would also need to be deep and meaningful. He also desires to write, direct, and act in an autobiographical movie based on his life.
- For fans who are curious about Paul's jewelry, Paul says that the vintage turquoise is Navaho and Suni tribal First Nations. His preferred one is the emerald because it makes all his efforts effortless.
- Paul welcomed new son, Austin Greene, with his fiance, Kate Austin, on December 12, 2021. This is his second child and son. He has an 18-year-old son (as of December 2021), Oliver Greene, with his ex-wife, Angi Fletcher.
