BroadwayCon 2017 to Be Held at Javits Center

The second annual BroadwayCon is already in the works! Bringing together theater stars and their fans in a fun conference environment, the inaugural BroadwayCon was held Jan. 22–24 in the New York Hilton Midtown. Despite a winter storm shutting down most of Broadway itself, the completely sold-out event was attended by 5,000 theater enthusiasts. Conference co-founders Anthony Rapp, Melissa Anelli, and Stephanie Dornhelm are promising another three days of panels, singalongs, meet-ups, and special performances. Tickets will go on pre-sale for returning attendees April 8 and to the general public April 11. To be held Jan. 27–29, 2017 at the Jacob Javits Center—a substantially larger venue—BroadwayCon will again be with co-presented with Mischief Management and Playbill.
