Samantha Marsden has been in the entertainment industry since she was
born. She was chosen as the face of the maternity wing for the hospital
she was born at in Logan, UT. Her stage debut came at age 3, where she
had 2 vocal solos as a little girl looking for her lost puppy in the
Melodrama, 'Way, Way, Down East'. Throughout her childhood and
adolescent years, she continued performing in both community and school
musical theater and stage productions. Two of her favorite roles have
been, Kim McAfee in, 'Bye, Bye Birdie', and Hodel in, 'Fiddler On The
Roof'. Samantha's film debut was in Napoleon Dynamite (2004), as she
grew up in the Preston, ID area made famous by director Jared Hess'
student film. She developed a love for film acting as well, and has
also been featured in Father In Israel (2009), Danny Boyle's, 127 Hours
(2010), as well as television commercials for Subway and VeriSign.
Samantha continues to expand her love for all things entertainment
related, and is working on her first screenplay, which will be a
historical-drama set in mid 17th Century Scotland.
