Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, J Lee is an American actor/writer/producer/musician/director.

He began classical piano lessons at the age of 3 and eventually went on to receive a music scholarship at Indiana University's renowned Jacob's School Of Music. After graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Piano Performance and Theater and Drama, J Lee took the last $200 he had and headed west for Los Angeles to begin his professional entertainment career.
