"House of Anubis" is a Nickelodeon teen soap series based on the Belgian/Dutch TV series "Het Huis Anubis".

Created by Hans Bourlon & Gert Verhulst, "House Of Anubis" debuted January 1, 2011 in the Us.

Premise follows a group of teens who live together in 'Anubis House' (named after the Egyptian god), that serves as a boarding house for an elite boarding school in the UK :

"...'Nina Martin' (Nathalia Ramos), an American girl who had been living with her grandmother since the death of her parents, leaves the States to attend and move into the school.

"At the same time, another resident, student 'Joy Mercer' (Klariza Clayton), mysteriously disappears without warning..."

Video: Nickelodeon's New Series House of Anubis Combines Comedy, Drama and Mystery

One of the stars of Nickelodeon's newest series, House of Anubis, Nathalia Ramos, says the show has all of the elements of comedy, drama and mystery combined into one.

House of Anubis follows eight students at an English boarding school who try to solve the mystery of missing classmate, Joy, who disappears the same day a new girl, Nina (Ramos), arrives. Brad Kavanagh plays Fabian and says he and Nina have a "will-they-or-won't-they relationship," while Jade Ramsey plays headstrong Patricia.

Watch the trailer for the Nickelodeon/Lime Pictures remake of the successful Dutch teen mystery series "House of Anubis".

House of Anubis is a large and imposing English manor house that dates back to 1900 and serves as the home to eight students going through their daily lives at school and dealing with challenges of love, friendship and growing up. A new resident, Nina, arrives from America and soon discovers that the house contains a hidden secret. As the group tries to unravel the house's deep mysteries, it soon becomes clear that their lives will never be the same again...

Filmed over the summer in Liverpool, the new cast includes 18 year old Eugene Simon (represented by United Agents) as Jerome, the sly one. Eugene will also appear in Nickelodeon's other autumn teen drama launch Summer in Transylvania, and also has the role of Lancel in HBO's Game of Thrones.
