It's been a long time coming, but Warren Beatty's untitled Howard Hughes movie will finally see the light of day this fall via New Regency Productions. The 79-year-old actor-director's long delayed passion project wrapped up principal photography in June 2014, but has since undergone a number of pick-ups and reshoots. Well known for being a perfectionist, Beatty has sat on the film since then, as speculation arose over the film's delay. But at a luncheon at CinemaCon, New Regency producer Arnon Milchan said a fall or winter release date was planned. The film will center on eccentric, billionaire industrialist Hughes' final years and the relationship he had with young aspiring actress Marla Mabrey, played in the film by Lily Collins, with Alden Ehrenreich, Annette Bening, Martin Sheen, Alec Baldwin, Ed Harris, Steve Coogan and Chace Crawford rounding out the cast (above is a first look of the film from IMDb). The picture will mark Beatty's. »
