After dropping the first red band trailer for 22 Jump Street back on Monday, Columbia Pictures has now debuted a green band version, which offers up less swearing and a few new gags from the comedy sequel; take a look after the official synopsis....
After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) when they go deep undercover at a local college. But when Jenko meets a kindred spirit on the football team, and Schmidt infiltrates the bohemian art major scene, they begin to question their partnership. Now they don't have to just crack the case - they have to figure out if they can have a mature relationship. If these two overgrown adolescents can grow from freshmen into real men, college might be the best thing that ever happened to them.

Earlier this week, the first footage from 22 Jump Street, the sequel to last year's hit 21 Jump Street, arrived online. You can watch that red-band trailer here, but keep in mind there's plenty of foul language. Today, the somewhat cleaner green-band version has arrived online. Though green band, there's still some PG-13-level cursing in this trailer. As you can see in the trailer, Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill have moved on to their next job of going undercover at a local college. There's still familiar faces from the first film that pop in including Rob Riggle's Mr. Walters and Dave Franco's Eric Molson. The actual plot of 22 Jump Street goes as follows: After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers...

A new trailer has dropped for the next Seth Rogen comedy “Neighbors” and it delivers a fair amount of new footage, jokes and airbags. Rogen and Rose Byrne star as a couple squaring off against 50 frat brothers who move in next door, and don’t take kindly to being told to keep the noise down. See photo: Shirtless Zac Efron, Seth Rogen Tease ‘Bound 4′ Parody Zac Efron, Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse are among the college kids wreaking havoc on the new parents who just want to raise their daughter in peace — until the claws are forced to come out. »

What goes well with a house full of 50 fraternity brothers? Well, other than booze, hazing, and women … not much.
In the newest trailer for Neighbors, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play a quiet married couple who spend their days dressing their daughter up as TV characters for a calendar shoot. But when a fraternity moves in next door, their lives become a lot less about calendars and a lot more about parties, pranks, and one very unfortunate incident involving a condom. With Zac Efron and Dave Franco as neighbors, things are about to get a little crazy.

Neighbors pits two new parents played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne against the frat house next door, which is led by Zac Efron and Dave Franco. The red-band teaser for Neighbors showed off some great raunch comedy from this latest film by Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek director Nicholas Stoller, while a green-band teaser offered little more than a less-dirty version of what the red-band teaser showed.
The second Neighbors trailer attempts to flesh out the movie’s hip-vs-square premise with a bit more in the way of actual plot details… and pretty much fails in that attempt.
So far what we have is a flimsy premise (a frat house allowed to open up in a residential neighborhood? Riiiiight….) and a lot of scenes of the squares (Rogen and Byrne) suffering at the hands of the frat; but good comedy this does ...

The upcoming "Neighbors," starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, will carry on the rich and illustrious legacy of fraternity comedies. In the newest trailer for the Universal comedy, Rogen and Rose Byrne play new parents who find their quite suburban life upended when a frat house -- including ringleader Efron, plus frequent Rogen collaborators Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Dave Franco -- moves in next door. The trailer features most of the same story beats and jokes as the previously-released red band trailer, but it's far less raunchy. New footage includes a follow-up airbag gag and a few alternate takes, including Franco's amusing Robert De Niro impression. "Neighbors" was directed by Nick »

Oh, car air bags. What can’t they do? Save your life during an accident, for one. Used as a prop against your neighbors works, too. Seth Rogen’s character finds out the hard way the many uses of air bags in a new trailer for Nick Stoller’s “Neighbors”. Personally, I’d just go over there and punch Zac Efron. Or, failing that, throw paint on his house and run away. Yeah, probably the latter. Dude looks kinda too buff to take head-on. Check out the new trailer and a new poster below. Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne lead the cast of Neighbors, a comedy about a young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby. Universal Pictures has released a new theatrical trailer and poster for director Nicholas Stoller’s (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) comedy Neighbors. The film stars Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as a married couple who must deal with a fraternity—headed up by Zac Efron—when it moves in next door. This trailer features some of the same jokes from the previous (and very funny) red-band trailer, but we also get a taste of just how wild things get as the film takes a promising premise and pushes things further and further. The De Niro stuff with Efron and Dave Franco is still great, and Jason Mantzoukas (Raffi from The League) pops up at the end of the trailer in what's sure to be a fun hospital sequence. Hit the jump to watch the new trailer and to check out the new poster. The film also stars Jake Johnson, Carlo Gallo, Lisa Kudrow, »

After facing the apocalypse last year with his directorial debut This is the End, Seth Rogen‘s next threat comes in the form of Zac Efron. We know how it goes. You're at the place in life where you are adult enough to have a baby but still cool enough to dress that baby as a meth-cooking Walter White. You need your sleep (and so does your baby!) but you don't want to be the party pooper neighbor. You don't want to be lame.
That's the situation Mac (Seth Rogen) and his wife Kelly (Rose Byrne) face. How can you be hip and tell the frat boys next door to keep a lid on it? Teddy (Zac Efron) is the leader of the pack, and at first he's all boyish charm and friendliness. After a while, Mac and Kelly can't take it any more and call the cops, who totally rat them out to Teddy, and then... "Welcome to the darkness, b*tches!"
Dave Franco reprises his smarmy "21 Jump Street" style as Teddy's right-hand man. Keep »

If there's one film which looks to deliver laughs galore next year its Universal's Neighbors starirng Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron. It's just complete mayhem fun, as you'll see in the trailer for the film directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek). The story follows a young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby. Also in the cast are Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Dave Franco, Lisa Kudrow, Jake Johnson, Carla Gallo, Chasty Gallesterios and Ali Corbin. »
There’s nothing wrong with this trailer for Phil Lord and Chris Miller’s “22 Jump Street” that a little cussing and middle finger giving can’t cure. Fortunately, if you’re in the mood for that, the studio released a Red Band version of the trailer yesterday, so check that one out here. For those of you with sensitive taste buds, take a gander at a softer, though still crotch-grabbing version of the trailer below. I didn’t know you could say “sonsofabitches” in a Green Band trailer. Go figure. After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers Schmidt and Jenko when they go deep undercover at a local college. Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill return, along with Ice Cube as their sassy black police Captain. Dave Franco and a hilarious Rob Riggle also show up, though I still thin it’s only in a brief cameo. »
