Model/actress Ali Landry embarked on a strict diet after the birth of her son last year to slim down for a new role.
The TV star and her film director husband Alejandro Monteverde welcomed baby Marcelo in October - just two weeks before Landry was due to start work on her partner's latest drama Little Boy.
She gained 45 pounds (20 kilograms) during her pregnancy and she enlisted the help of a special meal delivery service to help her shape up.
Landry tells Usmagazine.com, "It was pressure. I don't get it delivered on the weekends. It has helped me be aware of portion control and to include a balance of of protein, vegetables and complex carbs in my meals."
The star lost 12 pounds (five kilograms) in two months as a result of the diet - and she is pleased with her slim new figure: "It was a thrilling moment for me to fit into a size four dress at the Oscars." »

Hell hath no fury like Ali Landry scorned! The Hollywood Girls Night host has been spilling dirt about her ex-husband Mario Lopez‘s cheating ways during their marriage left and right this week, and the fact they haven’t been together for eight years does not seem to phase her in the slightest. “He did suck, it still does suck. It hurt a lot and he never apologized,” Landry revealed to HuffPo about Lopez’s infidelities, which spurred her to annul their marriage after only two weeks in 2004. “That’s hurtful, when someone you cared about never stepped up to the plate to at least say, “I’m so sorry I did that to you.” But with that said, I had to be even stronger and figure out a way to move forward on my own.” For shame, Mario. Did the fiery feminist spirit of Jessie Spano teach you nothing? »

Following the painful and shocking demise of her two-week- long marriage back in 2004, "Hollywood Girls Night" star Ali Landry wanted to take her time with next relationship - so much so, that she and current husband Alejandro Monteverde waited until after their wedding to consummate their relationship.
"Because of the situation I was in before, I was just treading lightly and did not want to make any mistakes in this relationship," Ali told Wendy Williams on Thursday's "The Wendy Williams Show." "We abstained from having sex until we got married."
The actress/former Miss USA also revealed how ...

Ali Landry has revealed that she did not have sex with her husband Alejandro Monteverde until after they were married. Landry, who has two children with Monteverde, explained that she was cautious because of her previous wedding to Mario Lopez. Lopez and Landry married in 2004 but split two weeks later when Landry discovered that her new husband had cheated on her. Speaking on The Wendy Williams Show, Landry said: "That was probably the most dramatic thing to happen to me in my life, and granted it was absolutely horrible. And now I have a great husband and children." (more) »

Actress Ali Landry abstained from sex before exchanging vows with her second husband, after her first short-lived marriage to Mario Lopez was wrecked by infidelity.
The former Miss USA annulled her marriage to Lopez two weeks after they wed in Mexico in 2004 when she discovered he was cheating on her.
Landry admits she was so devastated by Lopez's affair that she adopted a no-sex rule upon meeting her now-husband Alejandro Monteverde.
In a candid interview with U.S. TV host Wendy Williams, Landry explains, "I was so side-swiped by the whole thing (affair)... I never really got angry. (Then) I met my husband in a theology class in L.A. - who knew?
"Because of the situation I was in before, I was just treading lightly, and did not want to make any mistakes in this relationship. So we abstained from having sex until we got married."
She wed the director in 2006 and after having two kids together, Landry insists she is happier than ever: "He was truly the person I was meant to be with." »

Actress Ali Landry has opened up about her short-lived marriage to U.S. TV personality Mario Lopez, revealing she learned of his affairs by tapping his cellphone.
The couple wed in Mexico in April, 2004, but Landry annulled the union two weeks later following reports of the actor's infidelity.
The former Saved by the Bell star has since publicly admitted to cheating, and now Landry has confessed she had a sneaky suspicion the relationship wasn't meant to be - but she was too scared to call off the nuptials and disappoint her family.
During an appearance on U.S. chat show The Wendy Williams Show on Thursday, she said, "I had heard something right before the wedding and he swore that it was not true, nothing was true. But I had that feeling in my gut. And, you know, all my family (members) were flying away, it was like a destination wedding, it was like a big trip for them. I really should have put the brakes on it at that point. I was afraid."
The former Miss USA finally took matters into her own hands in an effort to uncover the truth about her husband.
She added, "One of my girlfriends said, 'If you really want to know, I know how to tap a phone...' So she did it. And right after the honeymoon I started getting these phone calls from these girls. I confronted him (Lopez) and he denied it. He never apologised."
But Landry, who is now married to film director Alejandro Monteverde, has made it clear she has no interest in making nice with the man who broke her heart.
She insists that a recent statement from Lopez, in which he claimed he has remained friends with all his exes, is "a lie!" »
