Rileah grew up in Cripple Creek, Colorado, a small mountain town on the backside of Pikes Peak. She has a younger brother and sister. From a very early age she was involved with school and community theatre as well as organized school sports including cheerleading, volleyball, basketball, track and baseball. After graduating high school in 1998, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Before settling into a career as an actress, she attended Make Up Designory in Burbank, California. A trade school specializing in film and television beauty, character, and SFX make-up.

She's a known "geek" and enjoys comics, video games, costuming, fantasy books, Star Wars and all things Sci-fi.
