The horror stars Ashley Bell, Spencer Treat Clark, Andrew Sensenig, Judd Lormand, Julia Garner and Muse Watson. Gass-Donnelly also scripts with Damien Chazelle, and the sequel looks set to deliver some scares to fans eager for the follow up. For me, when a demon is called "Abalam" it reminds me of the Muppets song "Mahna Mahna." It's almost like you can picture a possessed Ashley Bell driving along and singing the song in split-personality-format with Abalam. ‘The Last Exorcism Part II’ Delivers UK Trailer

16 February 2013 2:30 AM, PST | The Hollywood News | See recent The Hollywood News news »

We’re going a bit exorcism mad here today, what with this UK trailer for The Last Exorcism Part II and the trailer for Beyond The Hills being released today. The Last Exorcism is the good possession found footage movie of the last few years, so I’m very happy to see it’s getting a sequel. It’s also great to see that it is abandoning the found footage format. Not because I dislike found footage (I bloomin’ Love it), but because it shows that the filmmakers have given consideration towards the best narrative structure to present their story. This sequel follows Nell Sweetzer (Ashley Bell) trying to live a normal life after the events of the first film. Unfortunately youtube is a bitch, and the world she is feeling comfortable in discovers about her dark past.

The Last Exorcism Part 2 poster - God Asks. The Devil Commands

4 February 2013 1:27 AM, PST | Upcoming-Movies.com | See recent Upcoming-Movies.com news »

The new poster is in for Ed Gass-Donnelly's The Last Exorcism Part 2 starring Ashley Bell. The first film, which was distributed by Lionsgate as opposed to the sequel being sent out by CBS Films, opened on August 27th, 2010 with $20.3 million before ending off with a domestic cume of $41.03 million and overseas coin of $26 million. That's great business considering it had a $1.8 million production budget. While I don't know what the production budget is this time around, it's not big, and the pic should turn in decent figures worldwide after making its debut on March 1st. Cast in this one also includes Spencer Treat Clark, Andrew Sensenig, Judd Lormand, Julia Garner and Muse Watson. Creepy New Poster For The Last Exorcism Part II Says: God Asks, The Devil Commands!

A few days ago we shared a new TV spot and three new images from The Last Exorcism 2, which comes from director Ed Gass-Donnelly and opens next month. As you already see – today it’s time for us to share the latest poster for the whole thing. It looks pretty creepy, and once again we have a little warning: God asks – the Devil commands. We’ll see about that!

Ed Gass-Donnelly directs the movie from a script he co-wrote with Damien Chazelle and the story picks up where the 2010 first film left off.

In other words – we have Nell Sweetzer who, unable to remember the events of the previous months, begins the process of starting a new life, but… the evil force that once possessed her has quite different plans for the poor woman!
