Re-kill (2011) 6-Minute Movie Clip: Valeri Milev, Roger R. Cross

26 October 2011 8:25 AM, PDT | Film-Book | See recent Film-Book news »

Re-Kill Clip. Valeri Milev‘s Re-Kill (2011) 6-Minute movie clip stars Roger R. Cross and Layke AndersonRe-Kill‘s plot synopsis: “It’s been 5 years since the outbreak that wiped out 85% of the world’s population, but the war between Re-Animates (Re-Ans) and Humans wages on. Most of the major cities are still uninhabitable. Within the few surviving cities, the Re-Ans have been segregated into “zones” and are policed by the R-Division of the Quasi S.W.A.T. Unit who hunt to re-kill the Re-Ans in the hope of quelling a second outbreak.”

I didn’t pay much attention to this horror movie until I saw this extended movie clip for the film. Not bad.

More on what’s seen in the movie clip:

“R-Division, Frontline” is America’s #1 TV show in this Post-Apocalyptic world. Weekly, the show follows different R-Division units on the battlefield as they work to keep America Safe and Re-An free. »

Re-Kill's Extended Clip Shows Valeri Milev's Version of the Zombie Apocalypse: Preview

20 October 2011 4:00 AM, PDT | 28 Days Later Analysis | See recent 28 Days Later Analysis news »

Lots of time has passed since word on the upcoming zombie horror feature Re-Kill has been spoken at the 28Dla's offices. And horror fans' patience will be rewarded with this extended clip for the feature. As well, After Dark Films has announced that their title will release in theatres in 2012. That is still a long wait, but likely those familiar with this title have already waited for at least a year already.

Re-Kill follows a Re-ans Division as they go about their gruesome work. This feature is shot documentary style with the R-d searching out re-ans, or zombies. 85% of the population has been affected by a virus and those left standing must use every weapon in their arsenal to get through another day. In the clip, the R-d investigates a house that is thought to be housing re-ans. The result is a firefight as a rookie struggles with a fast moving re-an. »

Juice, recently held a conference call to discuss what's in store for the rest of Sons of Anarchy Season 4. Here's what he had to say below.

I recently read that your mom said in an interview that your character is going to be taking a major turn this season. I was wondering if you could elaborate on that a little bit.

Theo Rossi: You know, I really wish I could elaborate on that. My mom is the best. She's so nuts. A major turn, that's funny, because she doesn't really know anything. So unless she knows more than I do... No, you know, listen, it's already been brought up in episode three. You know Kurt (Sutter)'s touching on an »

Where the Road Meets the Sun Movie Review

11 August 2011 7:03 AM, PDT | ShockYa | See recent ShockYa news »

Title: Where the Road Meets the Sun Writer-director: Yong Mun Chee Starring: Will Yun Lee, Eric Mabius, Luke Brandon Field, Laura Ramsey, Fernando Noriega, Elsa Pataky, Jesse Garcia, Emmanuelle Vaugier A sprawling, somewhat self-consciously multi-ethnic drama of struggling immigrants from writer-director Yong Mun Chee, Where the Road Meets the Sun is a movie which means well, in unspooling its story of hard-knock, off-the-grid America, and both the unique opportunities and special perils that presents for those with headstrong dispositions. Unfortunately, despite some relaxed, inviting performances, the film repeatedly identifies plausibility as an enemy, and never locates a compelling enough throughline to hook and pull an audience through from beginning to end.
