Mini Biography

Born and raised in Los Angeles. His boyhood years were knackered with selling oranges and collecting cans alongside his mother and so was castigated as 'Hector the Can Collector' by school peers. Embattled with growing up in a gang-depraved neighborhood, he immersed himself into the streets, which led to incarceration. When released from jail, a guard smirked and said, "see you next week..." this infused him to seek a better life via education. He enrolled in a community college and found himself jousting a sword on stage as 'Don John the Bastard' in Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing." He graduated with honors and degreed in theatre, then transferred to USC, where he graduated cum laude and was the recipient of the notable Jack Nicholson Award for Best Actor. A European theatre tour followed: London, Paris, and Scotland's legendary Edinburgh Fringe Festival. After months on the road, this kid who once collected cans came home to where it all began, Los Angeles, in search of the Hollywood silver screen dream...
