Fox offered up a new trailer for their Rocky Horror Picture Show remake during their Comic-Con panel on Thursday. In the clip, Orange Is the New Black star Laverne Cox – who plays Dr. Frank-n-Furter, the "sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania," in the film – vamps it up to one of the musical's signature tunes, "The Time Warp."

The minute-long preview also provides a glimpse at "the Criminologist"/narrator played by Tim Curry, who immortalized the role of Frank-n-Furter in the original Rocky Horror stage production and big-screen musical.

Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Picture Show is getting the remake treatment over at Fox at the moment, and to co-incide quite nicely with this week’s San Diego Comic Con, the network have released a brand new trailer for the TV event.

The new version stars, amongst others, Laverne Cox, Victoria Justice, and Ryan McCartan and is directed by Kenny Ortega, the man responsible for directing Hocus Pocus, the High School Musical trilogy, Descendants and Michael Jackson’s This Is It. He also did the choreography on Dirty Dancing, so is a bit of a living legend.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is set to air October 2016. Sweethearts Janet (Justice) and Brad (McCartan) stumble upon flirtatious mad scientist Dr. Frank-n-furter’s (Cox) bizarre abode during his annual Transylvanian science convention. Prison Break” and “24: Legacy” will make their revamped Comic-Con debuts this summer.

The two hotly-anticipated series are part of 20th Century Fox Television’s lineup at the annual summer mega-fest. The studio announced their entire Comic-Con programming slate on Monday, which includes events for 13 shows.

Son of Zorn,” Jason Sudeikis’ animated-hybrid comedy, will make its Con debut.
