At the time he started school at San Francisco's Chinese American
International School, it was the only bilingual school in the US
whereby the second language was Mandarin Chinese.
He is the first non-Asian to speak Chinese in the lead role of a
feature film.

Started traveling to China with his father from the age of 5. He began
translating business meetings from the age of 8. Before relocating to
China in 2004, Kyle traveled there from to China more than twenty
times.
His language skills have enabled him to meet many US and Chinese
dignitaries.
Milk & Fashion is Asia's first feature to center on the theme of
ballet.
Kyle is an avid student of the ancient martial art Thai kick
boxing.
