Mini Biography

Ms. Trifu, Partner / Member of the Board & Vice President, joined Toronto Pictures Inc. in 2001. In 2003 she opened two entertainment companies of her own Transcontinental Film Financing Company, Inc. and International Film Properties, Inc. that are now working in tandem with Toronto Pictures.

In 2005 Ms. Trifu, through TFFC, has arranged the financing for _Punctured Hope: A Story About Trokosi and the Young Girls' Slavery in Today's West Africa (2005)_ making the company the production house of the film and making her one of the film's two Executive Producers. "Punctured Hope", directed by Bruno Pischiutta, is currently in post-production and scheduled for a USA theatrical release in July 2006.

During the American Film Market in Los Angeles 2005, Ms. Trifu launches her own Entertainment & Business magazine called . She is currently Producing and Executive Producing "Retrospective - Bruno Pischiutta 30 Years in Film", a two hour-long documentary on Bruno Pischiutta's extensive film career.
