As Director of Production for Virgin Records, Watts commissioned and Executive Produced over 1,500 music videos, for major artists such as Peter Gabriel (including his landmark 'Sledgehammer' video, which won best video awards in the UK, Europe and USA), Culture Club, Human League, OMD, and many others.
Received a Grammy nomination for Best Music Video (producer).
Produced George Michael's promo video for "Freedom".
Was once Head of Press at Virgin Records, where she looked after artists including Sex Pistols.
