New York, Sep 09: Rapper Eminem was spotted sharing a bizarre, humorous conversation with football announcers Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit during Espn's Michigan-Notre Dame broadcast on Saturday.
The 40-year-old was there to promote his latest single, 'Berzerk,' the New York Post reported.
When Herbstreit asked the musician about the thing that he is most excited about his upcoming album, 'Marshal Mathers LP 2,' Eminem reluctantly said 'nothing,' adding that he probably will be most excited to be done with it following the release of the album on November 5. (Ani) »

New York (AP) — Eminem made an unlikely and puzzling appearance on Espn's "Saturday Night Football" halftime show. The rap superstar, who has a new album out in the fall, appeared to promote his new single and video, "Berzerk." Sitting with Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit, Eminem seemed at first slightly confused, with his mouth hanging open. Eminem rarely does interviews, and certainly not live on Espn. Musburger asked him questions about his music and referred to him by his given name, Marshall Mathers. Said Eminem: "Live TV freaks me out a little bit." But he soon seemed to relax, saying »

Eminem acted pretty weird during a promotional visit to Espn, where he played a teaser video for his new single, "Berzerk," and spoke to hosts Brent Musberger and Kirk Herbstreit during a halftime segment. After telling the pair that "nothing" especially excited him about his upcoming album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, Eminem stared blankly off screen, seeming both confused and annoyed. "I'll probably be most excited to be done with it," he finally said.According to its creator, the album is "kind of a revisit to the first Marshall Mathers LP. And that's pretty much all I can probably say about it." Fans of both sports and Eminem can look forward to hearing "Berzerk" throughout the fall, as it will become Saturday Night Football's official song next week — yet another thing the rapper seemed none too excited about. »

Rapper and actor Eminem appeared on Espn's Saturday Night Football as Marshall Mathers, and turned in a less than enthusiastic interivew on live TV. Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit had Marshall in the broadcast booth during halftime at the Michigan – Notre Dame game. Eminem looked to be catching flies as he hemmed and hawed about his new album. “I’m really uncomfortable right now. Live TV freaks me out a little bit,” he says. “When it will be out November 5, I’ll probably be most excited to be done with it,” he says to a bemused Kirk Herbstreit. The Detroit native was asked about his Lions, a bit of lag ensued, then he stated he was all for the »

Well that was weird. The Real Slim Shady dropped in to the Espn broadcast booth on Sept. 7 to promote his new music video for “Berzerk,” but all anyone could focus on was how odd he was acting! Watch the video below and tell us what you think!
Eminem is from Detroit, Michigan, so obviously his people and the people of Espn saw a perfect opportunity to get together and let him promote his new music video, “Berzerk,” during the Michigan-Notre Dame college football game. Only it didn’t quite go as smoothly as anyone hoped.
Eminem Gets Awkward On Espn
While Espn broadcasters Brent Musberger and Kirk Herbstreit introduced Em (or Marshall Mathers, as they called him), he just stared aimlessly into the distance. What was he looking at that had him so tranced out? We may never know.
Surprisingly, the interview only got more awkward from there! After they »

During the halftime of the Notre Dame-Michigan game on Espn Saturday night (Sept. 7), Eminem debuted a clip from his "Berzerk" music video -- and also appeared to be kind of out of it while in the broadcast booth with Kirk Herbstreit and Brent Musberger.
When the guys try to engage him about the video-making process, Eminem says, ""Sorry, live TV. Live TV freaks me out a little bit. What was the question? ... It's usually like a two-day process, sometimes it can go to three. It's a lot of takes. ... If the video comes out, then I guess it's worth it."
Then later, Eminem is asked about opening Saturday Night Football -- his song will be the opener starting Sept. 14 -- and he says, "It's a pleasure. It's an honor to be able to do that. ... Album will out Nov. 5. I'm probably most excited just to be done with it. It's »
I’m not traditionally a college sports guy, truth be told. Maybe it’s because I wasn’t raised in an area where I was surrounded by the culture , or maybe it’s because the universities I attended weren’t exactly steeped in traditions of athletic excellence. I’ve always had the mentality that college sports are fun, but they may be a bit of an acquired taste that I simply never developed. Coming into Ncaa Football 14 as an absolutely rabid fan of Madden, I was hoping this would be enough to finally win me over. Sadly, however, I think it’s going to take just a bit more to pull me into the world of college sports.
The most important thing about any sports game is obviously the sport itself. It’s surprisingly easy to lose track of this very basic notion at times. Ncaa Football 14 does a great »

Queen Bey’s powerhouse halftime performance at Super Bowl Xlvii on Feb. 3 took Twitter by storm! Between celebrities like Demi Lovato and Michelle Obama tweeting their praises to fans at home raving about the show, it’s clear that Beyoncé was the main attraction of the day!
When Beyoncé stepped on a stage made up to resemble the outline of her face, it was clear that Super Bowl Xlvii at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, La on Feb. 3 was less about the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens, and more about the pop diva! If the stir she caused on Twitter is any indication, her performance, complete with Destiny’s Child reunion, was the main draw for many viewers.
Demi Lovato made it very clear she didn’t care about the outcome of the game, as she tweeted, “Y’all can keep watching the game but »

Katherine Webb, the girlfriend of Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron who shot to overnight fame on Monday during Alabama's Bcs championship game with Notre Dame after announcers Brent Musberger and Kirk Herbstreit repeatedly commented on her good looks, says she's been blown away by all the attention she's received.
But the 23-year-old wants the focus to be turned elsewhere.
"I'm honestly really shocked that it really took off like that,'' Katherine told Matt Lauer on NBC's the "Today" show on Wednesday.
During the game, Musberger referred to Katherine, joking with Herbstreit (a former quarterback at Ohio State University), ...

Katherine Webb, the Alabama beauty queen who set hearts aflutter during Monday night’s college football game when ABC cameras lingered on her after she was recognized for being Alabama’s quarterback A.J. McCarron’s girlfriend, told The Today Show this morning that she is “flattered” and “humbled” by her moment in the spotlight. Commentators Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit stopped for a moment during the Tide’s championship game against Notre Dame to compliment McCarron on his “beautiful” girlfriend, and the 73-year-old Musburger recommended on air that young men in Alabama pick up football in order to land women like Webb. »

Espn has apologized for comments that broadcaster Brent Musburger made during the Bcs game telecast on Monday night. During the network's coverage of the game -- which Alabama won 42-14 over Notre Dame to take its third title in four years -- Espn cameras panned to Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron's girlfriend, Katherine Webb, who was sitting in the stands. Musburger, 73, and fellow commentator Kirk Herbstreit then proceeded to gush about the 23-year-old Webb, who is Miss Alabama. Aj McCarron's girlfriend Katherine Webb is picking up a lot of followers on Twitter thanks to Espn announcer Brent Musburger. The 73-year-old play-by-play man veered from the script of the game last night during the broadcast when a photo showed McCarron's girlfriend on the screen. Brent was very excited, so was color commentator Kirk Herbstreit. "Well, I tell you, you quarterbacks, you get all the good-looking women! What a beautiful woman!," Musburger gushed as Espn's cameras showed Webb. Herbstreit couldn't resist and added: "Wow, Aj's doing some things right ... ." See the video below and there are more photos in the gallery as well. On Twitter… Kimberly now has over 140,000 followers and counting. Lebron James was following as was Arizona Cardinals defensive linemen Darnell Docket, who tweeted his phone number to her. One report notes that McCarron was shocked, especially when he found out James was one of her followers. “No way, »
It was as if Espn sports announcer Brent Musburger was possessed by the soul of Joe Biden at his most unfiltered while narrating the Bcs Champion Game between the University of Alabama and Notre Dame on Monday night. A star was born -- and the world cringed -- when Musburger singled out Alabama quarterback Aj McCarron's girlfriend Katherine Webb in the stands. She's a former Miss Alabama with the aura of an '80s music-video dream girl, and her bombshell beauty proved to be a potent distraction for Musburger and co-commentator Kirk Herbstreit. "Well, I tell you, you quarterbacks, you get all the
