Update: Lifetime has renewed the show for a sixth season of 13 episodes.

After Owen (Lex Medlin) heard Stacy (April Bowlby, pictured) is pregnant and decided it’s her call if and when she wants to tell the child he’s the sperm donor, Owen (Lex Medlin) and Stacy hugged — then kissed. If you were shouting, “No, no, no, no” at your TV, you’re not alone. “My reaction to it was, ‘No, no, no, »

The ratings for Two and a Half Men fell last season but the sitcom was still CBS' second-highest scripted series. Will the numbers continue to fall or will they rise this year? Is the show getting to expensive to be renewed? We shall see.
Two and a Half Men revolves around the lives of unlikely housemates Alan Harper (Jon Cryer) and Walden Schmidt (Ashton Kutcher). Other regular castmembers include Conchata Ferrell, Holland Taylor, and Marin Hinkle. Recurring are Angus T. Jones, Melanie Lynskey, April Bowlby, Ryan Stiles, and Amber Tamblyn.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show's likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available -- usually the next day, around 11:30am Est/8:30am Pst. Refresh to see the latest. »
Hank the bailiff is back on Drop Dead Diva, and Stacy has a surprising request for him. The character, played by CSI's David Berman, first appeared on season one of the Lifetime series, during which he romantically pursued Jane (Brooke Elliott). Viewers will remember Hank as an eternal optimist with a sunny disposition and a penchant for performing impressions (especially cartoon characters). This time around, it's Stacy (April Bowlby) who is after Hank -- and what she wants may come as a big surprise to viewers. With a second lease on life after its cancellation was reversed, Drop Dead Diva is back tonight for a fifth season and there are changes afoot, both in the cast and where we find our returning characters.
During a recent visit to the show’s set in Atlanta, I grabbed some time with the cast to get the scoop on what we’ll see this season and how it feels to still be on the air.
Brooke Elliott: We pick up with Jane in a frazzled state and for good reason. “Jane is incredibly frightened that Owen is dead or missing,” Elliott said since Owen had a heart attack after seeing Jane kiss Grayson. But that’s not all since a certain soul decided to return at the end of last season. “[Jane] also doesn’t know if Old Jane’s soul is in Owen’s body…if she’s not in Owen’s body, »

For now, let’s see what’s going on with three fan favorites that will be returning in the next few weeks...
Drop Dead Diva When the popular Lifetime series comes back with a new season on June 23rd, lawyer Kim Caswell has workplace (firm shakeups) and personal (preggers!) drama to deal with - but Kate Levering, who plays Kim, had nothing but joy when she got married in April with many of her Diva cast members in attendance. April Bowlby (Stacy) told me “the wedding was an all night party.”

"Drop Dead Diva" survived its own brush with TV death earlier this year and now Lifetime has officially set the Season 5 premiere for Sunday, June 23 at 9 p.m.
That's right before the launch of the network's new series "Devious Maids" from "Desperate Housewives" executive producer Marc Cherry, and the same night the network's "The Client List" was expected to air its Season 2 finale (there's no official word yet if the Jennifer Love Hewitt series will wrap a week earlier or simply in a different timeslot).
As recently as February it looked as though "Diva" wouldn't be back, at least on Lifetime, after word leaked in January that the network had canceled the show. But a passionate outpouring from fans and some financial wheeling and dealing between the network and studio Sony Pictures TV led to a revival.
The "Diva" Season 5 premiere is titled "Back From the Dead" and picks up »

The season opener picks ups from last season’s cliffhanger finale with Jane (Elliott) frantically searching for her missing fiancé Owen (Medlin), who disappeared after witnessing her kiss Grayson (Hurst) moments before their wedding. While both Jane and Owen nurse their broken hearts, Jane’s friends and co-workers also are confronted with their own life dilemmas. Newcomer Justin Deely (90210) joins Drop Dead Diva as Jane’s new heavenly guide Paul. Josh Berman is creator and executive producer. Craig Zadan and Neil Meron of »
